He leads with excellence and mentors many leaders. He strongly believes in Jesus model of leadership, which is servant leadership.
Joseph believes strongly in the family unit which is very evident in the relationship He has with His wife and daughters.
He is a loving husband and a caring father; he believes the family is the bedrock of every community.
